At Karbin Global, we want you to love what you wear. Since our students deliver to your neighborhood, we make returns easy.

1. Return Window
You have few hours from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

2. Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

Unused, unworn, and unwashed.

In its original packaging with all Karbin Global tags intact.

Free from any stains, smells (perfume/smoke), or damage.

3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and personal care items cannot be returned.

4. The Return Process

Message us on WhatsApp at [9864333234] with your Order ID.

Our student partner will visit your location within 24 hours to inspect the item.

Once the item is verified, we will initiate your refund or exchange.

5. Refunds

For COD Orders: Refunds will be sent via UPI (Google Pay/PhonePe) or as store credit.

Processing Time: Once the item reaches our Jorhat Hub, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
